  • Extremely buggy I like Dashlane, I have it on my iPad and my laptop now on my phone however it's extremely slow/buggy on this device (Galaxy Note 5). I can't add any passwords because it's so buggy. Please fix this app.
  • Crashing Lately it is crashing a lot running on marshmallow, both in my phone and tablet. I love the app, but it is almost unusable in its current state for me. Hoping for a timely update that will resolve these issues.
  • Dashlane only get 3 stars because of their type of support, and the amount of problems I've encountered with the chrome browser and android app. It's a great product when it works. But as you know with most things there are problems. When you have a problem with dashlane the only option for support is through email, which on every case I've had has been around a 20 hour turn around time. IMO, this is unacceptable for password problems because it typically leaves the user dead in the water until they get help. The android app crashes multiple times a day/everyday, which is very annoying because I have to log in and disable and reenable to get it to work again. Currently I have problems with my chrome extension as-well. I put in a case, told what was the problem and what I did to fix it. Then I got a response the next day instructing me to do the fix I had already attempted, smh. I pointed out I already tried and they escalated my case. Its been 7 days and I have not heard from anyone at Dashlane. I would give this app 5 stars even with its minor glitches and problems but like I stated previously. having email support for password problems is a terrible idea imo.
